Information you choose to provide
If you use the contact form, a Wix Forms submission records the details you enter, such as your name, email address, topic, and message. A successful form submission does not mean an email notification or reply was sent.
If you use the email update form, a separate Wix Forms submission records your email address and any other details you choose to add. That submission alone does not confirm an active marketing subscription or send an email. If a newsletter subscription and delivery workflow is activated later, the request may be used to manage that preference.
If you request a back-in-stock notice, the email address and product details needed for that notice may be recorded. If you purchase a digital gift card, order information may also include the recipient name, recipient email address, delivery date, and personal message you provide.
Checkout does not require a customer account. When you place an order, information needed to process and deliver it may include your name, email address, billing details, the product purchased, order status, and transaction details.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Wix and the payment providers configured for checkout. They process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices. This site itself does not store full payment card numbers. Please never send card details through the contact form.
Site use, cookies, and security
Wix and the site may process basic technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, and site interactions. Cookies or similar browser storage may support checkout, cart or session functions, site security, preferences, and basic analytics.
You can use your browser settings to limit or remove cookies. Blocking some cookies may prevent checkout or other parts of the site from working properly.
How information is used
- To answer messages and provide customer support.
- To process orders and deliver digital files.
- To record and review requests for future email updates.
- To send a product notice or gift card when the relevant Wix feature is requested and active.
- To maintain checkout, prevent fraud or misuse, and keep the site secure.
- To understand basic site performance and improve the customer experience.
Wix Forms, Wix Stores, configured payment providers, and other services used for these functions may process information as needed to provide them. The services involved depend on the feature you choose to use.
Your workbook responses
What you type into a downloaded fillable workbook is not submitted to this website merely because you use or save the file. Keep completed files somewhere private and secure, especially on a shared device.
Email preferences and unsubscribe requests
The current email update form records a request only. It does not by itself establish a confirmed marketing subscription. If marketing email delivery is activated and you receive a marketing message, use the unsubscribe control in that message when available. You can also withdraw an email request through the contact form. A contact-form request is reviewed rather than processed automatically.
Limited suppression information may be retained when needed to avoid sending marketing after an opt-out request. Transactional messages needed for an order, receipt, download, requested product notice, or security issue are separate from marketing preferences.
Retention and service records
Form submissions, order records, and related service information may remain in Wix or configured provider systems while they are reasonably needed for support, delivery, security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. This site does not currently publish a fixed deletion schedule for every record type.
Your other choices and requests
You may ask about personal information connected to a form submission or order, or request a correction or deletion where available. What can be completed may depend on the request, the systems involved, and information that must be kept for legitimate order, security, or legal purposes.
To make a privacy request, use the contact page and explain what you need. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you.
