The digital product
The House We Make is a digital 134-page relationship ritual workbook created for Black sapphic couples. No physical item ships. The product page describes the file formats and materials included with the purchase.
Orders are completed through Wix checkout without requiring a customer account. After payment is accepted, access to the digital files is delivered electronically. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and for using a device and PDF reader that support the files you choose to open.
Your personal-use license
One purchase covers personal use by one couple or household. You may download, save, complete, and print the files for that use. This is a license to use the materials, not a transfer of ownership.
The workbook and supporting files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, shared with another couple, rebranded, or used in paid client services without written permission. You may not remove ownership notices or present any part of the materials as your own work.
Voluntary and consensual use
Use of the workbook is voluntary. Each person may pause, skip a prompt, keep a response private, or stop at any time. The materials are intended for consensual relationship reflection and do not promise a particular outcome.
The workbook is educational material. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, crisis support, or abuse intervention. Review the Safety page before using joint exercises where safety is uncertain.
Intellectual property
The original workbook text, exercises, visual design, site content, and supporting materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited personal-use license above, no rights are granted. Third-party names, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Refunds and access problems
Because files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded. The Refund Policy explains the process for duplicate charges and confirmed technical problems preventing access.
Site and service availability
The site, checkout, and download services may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, provider interruptions, security work, or technical problems. Reasonable efforts will be made to correct confirmed access issues. Use the contact page if you cannot access a purchase.
Reasonable limits
The materials are designed to support reflection, but their usefulness depends on personal circumstances and how they are used. No specific relationship, personal, or financial result is guaranteed. We are not responsible for problems caused by unsupported software, changes made to a downloaded file, misuse of the materials, or decisions made by a user based on their own circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. If part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest will continue to apply as far as allowed.
Changes and questions
These terms may be updated when the product, site, or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
